Below is the Schad Commodity Billing Agreement detailed for your review. Please read it
over and, if you have any questions, concerns, or special needs before
signing-up, please do not
hesitate to bring it to my attention.
Billing / Terms of
Service Agreement
Billing: Once you sign up with my service(s), I will become acquainted with your broker and inform your broker
of your interest to trade my advisory service. Clients are then billed at the time the advisory service(s) is (are) commenced, whether verbally or written, and at one
month / yearly intervals from
the date of commencement thereafter. Clients pay for services
rendered by monthly / yearly invoice sent to their broker, then the client's
trading account is debited.
There are no “hidden costs” what-so-ever. All terms are forthright and direct.
Invoices: Invoices are sent out electronically one
trading day in advance to client's broker. The client's broker then debits the
client's trading account and a check is sent to
Schad Commodity Corp.
Annual Subscription:
Commit to the Schad Commodity program(s) for one year and realize a
substantial savings. The annual subscription
fee may be split into two payments, but the second will be due within 90
days of sign-up (see below).
Schad's Service
Guarantee:
The Schad Commodity
annual subscription comes with a money-back guarantee that is based on
trading profits during the twelve-month period after purchase of the
program. If all trades are taken and all appropriate account statements are
included with your refund request, and if the period has been unprofitable
(not including commissions and brokerage fees),
then you will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid of the Schad
Commodity program. If paying in
two installments, by accepting this agreement
and a
second payment is not made within 90 days of the original purchase, then all
services will be suspended until the second payment is made in full. This
agreement cannot be cancelled during the 12 month period. The refund
period shall not exceed 13 months beyond the original enrollment date.
Commodity trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential
risks. You must be aware of the risks and willing to accept them in order to
invest in the futures markets. Don抰 trade with money you can抰 afford to
lose.
Cancellation of Service: If you
wish to cancel service at any time during your service period, please sign and date a
written “notice of cancellation of service,” and the service will
end at a date of your choosing (or when current open positions are closed
out by default).
